Hotrodvw - what's the difference between `R6 and `R7?
I still don't like the idea of using 1/4" (6.35mm) line in 6mm applications. _________________ `73 BayWindow daily w/1775

I think if you look at some of the cars in the newest Hot VW's that question will be answered. _________________ ⅓⅔⅛⅜⅝⅞ |

I totally forgot you had asked this. Really, there isn't much difference @ all. 30R6 and 30R7 are pretty dang close to being the same, I think the 30R7 is just a newer, more updated spec. 30R9 is for EFI applications. _________________ Hose and Fittin's

Right on...
I can honestly say Dad and I drive our aircooled's some 20-25k a year between us...and we don't run SAE line, and sparingly use hose clamps. _________________ `73 BayWindow daily w/1775
